Character-driven animation with persistent character identity

Beyond still frames: generative motion cinematography. Your story is broken into beats, each beat is rendered as a fully animated shot with camera movement, synchronised dialogue and a scored soundtrack — then assembled into one continuous narrative.

Announcement film · 9:16 · written, animated, voiced and scored by the factory itself.

Concept shot · 9:16 · voiced dialogue and scored audio, generated end to end.

Action test · 9:16 · the same locked character in a full stunt sequence, camera tracking and all.

Cast test · 9:16 · two characters and an animal companion, eyelines locked onto the same hero prop.

Style test · 9:16 · stylized cartoon shapes rendered with photoreal texture, lighting and motion.

Character locking

A character model sheet is generated once, then carried into every shot so the face, wardrobe and palette never drift between scenes.

Shot continuity

Each beat inherits the previous frame, so movement, lighting and staging continue instead of resetting.

Performance audio

In-scene dialogue, ambience and score are generated with the picture, lip-timed to the character.

Narrative direction

The same script engine that drives our videos today writes the shot list, so the animation always serves the story.

Character model sheet

The reference below is generated first and reused across every shot — the same character, episode after episode.
