Terms of Service

1. The service
Faceless Factory generates video content — script, voiceover, visuals, thumbnail and a finished render — from a prompt, and can publish it to a YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for everything published from your account.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. One free render is available per person; creating extra accounts to obtain additional free renders is not permitted and may result in suspension.
3. Plans and credits
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of render credits. One credit equals roughly one minute of finished video. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Credits are consumed when a render starts and are returned automatically if our pipeline fails.
4. Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page. Because rendering consumes compute the moment it starts, used credits are non-refundable; unused portions of a period may be refunded at our discretion. Refunds and chargebacks remove access to the corresponding plan.
5. Acceptable use
You may not generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive about real people or events, or that infringes someone else's rights. AI-generated content must be disclosed where the destination platform requires it. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules or that abuse the platform's capacity.
6. Your content
You own the videos you generate. We store them so you can download and publish them, and we may process them to operate and improve the service.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific creative results, or any outcome on third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
